How long until orders ship out?

We strive to ship out the same business day. 

What is Same Day Shipping?
Please do not confuse same day shipping with same day delivery. Same day shipping means we will fulfill the order  same day - you will need to allow additional time for actual delivery.

Am I charged for a backordered item if it has not shipped?
Backordered items are charged only when they are ready to be processed for shipment. If an item is out of stock, you will still be charged only for the bulk of the items that are being shipped at that particular time.

When do I get tracking information?
You will receive tracking within a few hours of placing an order.

How do I cancel an order?

Brown Outdoors handles all orders using an automated shipping system. Orders can be cancelled until they are fulfilled.  Once you receive a shipping notice usually it's too late to cancel the order.

If you would like to cancel order please email customer service with the order number promptly.

Do you price match?

Our pricing is determined by several factors - we ended our price match policy in 2018. We want to consider ourselves a unique shopping service experience, and therefore do not match our policies to follow other standards.
